Single-Use Dry Reagents for monitoring of Immune System
Although our company is not able to provide SARS-CoV-2 screening assays (e.g. molecular RT-qPCR assays or serological tests to identify IgM and IgG antibodies to the coronavirus), we are proud to partner with group of Czech medical faculty hospitals to support healthcare professionals efforts in better understanding the COVID-19 patient immune system status, which can possibly aid to the management of medical intervention.
We developed products for multicolor flow-cytometric immunophenotyping of cells of the human immune system from peripheral blood. Design of the new products reflects the recently published report on the kinetics of immune responses in relation to clinical and virological features of a COVID-19 patient that required hospitalization (1) and other studies observing immunologic features or pathological findings in severe COVID-19 patients (2, 3).
Monoclonal antibody conjugate multicolor panels are designed to enable characterization of antibody secreting cells (using DryFlowEx ASC Screening Kit) and subpopulations of activated T cells, including circulating follicular helper cells (using DryFlowEx ACT T Screening Kit) in EDTA anticoagulated peripheral blood.
In order to minimize hands-on-time and contacts with the infectious blood specimen, the reagents are provided in a ready-to-use single-test tube format. Each tube (standard 12 x 75 mm flow cytometry tube) contains a layer with the dried pre-formulated mixture of antibody conjugates for direct labeling of target cells.
Simple laboratory workflow enables operator to follow just three easy steps:

add whole blood specimen to the test tube, vortex and incubate;

lyse erythrocytes with EXCELLYSE Easy reagent and wash;

acquire sample and get cytometry data

Description :
The EXCELLYSE Easy 100 ml lysing solution is intended for red blood cell lysis following antibody staining of human peripheral blood leukocytes. The lysing solution is appropriate for use with EXBIO single colour monoclonal antibodies and KOMBITEST reagents and can be used in both lyse/wash and lyse/no wash protocol.

EXCELLYSE Easy lysing solution is a 10× concentrated reagent provided as 100 ml package. This quantity is sufficient for 1000-2000 tests. The reagent must be diluted 1:10 with deionized water prior to use.
